Although the owners lived in Singapore during the home’s construction, they were intimately involved in every stage of construction thanks to three live-stream cameras set up by Teakwood Builders. From demolition and framing with Douglas fir to the intricate masonry using native Adirondack stone, the clients could witness the project in real time and provide input along the way.
Within strict zoning constraints, Teakwood optimized every feature to enhance the cabin’s breathtaking design. The three-level living space maximizes natural light with expansive glass walls while maintaining a cozy atmosphere through abundant timber and stone accents. Multi-level lounging areas connect seamlessly with the outdoors, creating a retreat where interior and exterior spaces feel beautifully intertwined.
