Indoor Check
- Inspect entire residence, including outbuildings
- Check under sinks for leaks
- Set thermostats to your specifications
- Flush toilets and run water in each sink and shower
- Confirm that fridge, freezer, appliances, and HVAC working properly
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Retrieve mail and receive packages/deliveries
- Water plants
Outdoor Check
- Examine exterior of residence, including outbuildings
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked
