Scott was born and raised in the Catskills with a handy dad and grew up learning how to fix things. After backpacking through Europe for several months in his early 20s, he opted to settle down in the Saratoga area, a place he’s called home for most of the last 15+ years. Scott has enjoyed a diversity of work, with careers in graphic design, IT, retail, winemaking, and remodeling. The common thread throughout the years? He was always moonlighting as a handyman. Self-reflection led him to understand that he loves helping people in need and is happiest with a tangible product at day’s end that he built himself. With a love for solving problems and a broad skill set that encompasses all aspects of home repair, Scott was naturally drawn to Teakwood, and to working with and learning from top-notch professionals equally passionate about their craft. Scott joined Teakwood in 2024.
