Teakwood Builder's addition of a front porch to this 1915 center hall Colonial Revival in Ballston Lake, NY, did wonders to revive the grandeur of the home and the family’s enjoyment of it. The new porch features mahogany decking, an edge and center bead fir ceiling, architectural columns, custom-milled rails and balustrade and a wooden entry door system.
