In the tranquil embrace of Saratoga’s picturesque Lake Lonely, our “Lakeside Revived” project breathed new life into a 20-year-old Colonial home, redefining it as a pinnacle of modern luxury and functionality. The challenge lay in transforming a series of cramped, disconnected spaces into a cohesive, open-concept haven that capitalizes on the property’s stunning lakeside vistas.
Collaborating closely with the homeowners we embarked on a comprehensive redesign that dramatically reconfigured the main floor. The heart of this transformation was the kitchen, which, from its previously cramped quarters, emerged as a spacious culinary and social hub, complete with professional-grade appliances, a vast eat-at island topped with Fantasy Brown leathered quartzite, and custom, furniture-style cabinetry that gracefully extended into the living and dining areas.
This seamless integration of spaces was further enhanced by an expansive wall of windows, ensuring that the breathtaking lake and Adirondack views became a central part of the home’s new identity.
