Teakwood’s award-winning “No Holds Barred” project in Saratoga Springs, NY transformed a 384 sq. ft. basement space into an opulent living and entertainment area, complete with a billiards parlor, whiskey room, spa, golf simulator, and a New Orleans-styled bar room. Overcoming the challenge of limited natural light, the design balanced 12-foot ceilings with materials like glass, wood, and metals, incorporating unique elements like retractable glass windows, custom ceiling designs, and steel doors bearing the horse farm’s logo. Beyond just luxury, this basement remodel showcases Teakwood’s innovation and master craftsmanship, turning an underground space into a dazzling masterpiece.
