Put the Plan into Play

The team has practiced and prepared, and now it’s time to put the plan into play. Once the home construction contract has been presented and signed and the clearly defined payment schedule communicated, you will be introduced to the Lead Carpenter, who will direct your project as the full-time, on-site, day-to-day decision-making manager. Our lead carpenters have an average of 10 years experience with Teakwood Builders, and are supported on the jobsite by an equally experienced group of assistants and professional trade partners.

At the pre-construction meeting, the Teakwood Project Planner and Lead Carpenter will review the details of the home construction project with you and address any special concerns. Your Lead Carpenter will keep your project on course, and will be your point-person for day-to-day communication and questions. He and his team will treat your space with the personal attention and respect it deserves throughout the construction process, while you enjoy working with our design team in making product selections and seeing your new space take shape. You will continue to be an integral part of this phase, providing input as needed for decisions on things like lighting and custom millwork. At project completion, your space will be professionally cleaned and “move-in” ready for you to enjoy and make your own!
