What we charge…
Our visits for home maintenance and repair jobs require a two man-hour minimum. We can take care of more than one chore in a single visit. Travel outside the City of Saratoga Springs must be reimbursed.
- Rates: (billed in 15 minute increments)
- $57 per man hour for Concierge Services (two hour minimum)
- $37 per hour for travel outside the City of Saratoga Springs
- $67 per hour for product procurement and project management
- $77 per hour for interior design consultation (two hour minimum)
Should your project require the services of a specialty trade contractor, we will coordinate and manage the trade contractor. Materials and specialty trade contractor costs necessary to produce your project will be reimbursed to Teakwood Builders with a 10% overhead fee applied, plus sales tax where applicable.
Upon completion of work or after the second week of work on longer term projects, an invoice will be sent to you. Payments are due within (7) days of the invoice date, please. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards up to $5,000 per calendar month.
