An ingeniously designed wine cellar in the basement, cooled solely by the ground’s natural thermal properties is both a standout feature and a nod to sustainable practices and historical authenticity. The reimagined mudroom, bathed in natural light, offers efficient storage and a work desk, serving as a practical yet elegant entryway.
