The New York State Historic Preservation Awards honor excellence in the preservation and rejuvenation of the state’s historic and cultural resources. Teakwood Builders has been awarded this honor in the Private Sector Achievement category for the renovation of 563 North Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Prominently situated at the northern end of the city’s central business district, the building’s transformation from a deteriorated eyesore to an attractive, well-preserved residence is impressive.
